There is a 2nd floor balcony / hallway overlooking the swimming pool. We urge guests with small children to be extra careful in this area. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Do you allow visitor's to visit the property? A: Yes visitors are allowed at a charge of P500 per person per night. But the total guest count cannot exceed 15 (including the visitors). Q: Can I check in early or check out late? A: Standard check in time is 2:00PM and check out is 10:00AM. This is because we need several hours in between bookings to clean the property. However, if possible we may allow for an early check in our late check out subject to availability. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Unfortunately we are a pet free facility as we may have future guests that are allergic to pet hair. Q: Is parking available? A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 6 cars in the street in front of the property. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the villa, in the garden. Q: What happens in the case of a power outage? A: The property does not have a generator as of the moment, however, emergency lights are provided. Usually the electric company resolves the issue within 2 hours.
